Medical

The Town covers 100% of the employee’s medical premium through BlueCross Blue Shield. Optional coverage for spouse, children, or family is available at the employee’s expense.

Dental

The Town provides full dental coverage for employees through BlueCross Blue Shield. Optional coverage for spouse, children, or family is available at the employee’s expense.

Vision

Employee vision coverage is fully paid by the Town through BlueCross Blue Shield. Optional coverage for spouse, children, or family is available at the employee’s expense.

Disability & Life

The Town provides employer-paid life insurance through USAble, including accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D), group term life, and short- and long-term disability coverage.
